Corporate Governance

Corporate governance is about the way your organisation is directed and governed. Corporate governance deals with the systems, policies and practices that directly impact on your organisation's performance, stewardship and its capacity to be accountable to its various stakeholders.

Corporate governance incorporates a wide range of factors. The Organisation Governance System - TOGS©, recognises that boards and executives need to consider fourteen factors when determining the most suitable organisational governance for their business, company, association, co-operative or professional practice.

The results from this preliminary corporate governance review can be used to:
